Product enquiries

  • For which products can I submit an application?

    We handle business enquiries relating to, amongst other things, agricultural products, raw materials, building materials and non-food products. Even if your product does not fall within these categories, we would be happy to assess the international opportunities available.

  • What information do you need for my application?

    Please provide us with details of the product, the required specifications, quality, quantity, packaging, origin and destination. The more comprehensive your enquiry, the more effectively we can identify suitable suppliers.

  • Does Corvion Global also supply small quantities of products?

    That depends on the product, the supplier and the applicable terms and conditions. We assess each enquiry individually and discuss the minimum order quantity with you.

  • Can I request a product without a specified origin?

    Yes, that is possible. If the source has not yet been identified, we will search international markets for suitable manufacturers and suppliers who meet your requirements.

  • How soon will I receive a commercial proposal?

    The turnaround time depends on the complexity, availability and verification requirements of your product enquiry. Once we have explored a suitable commercial opportunity, we will send you a clear commercial proposal.

Purchasing and delivery

  • Does Corvion Global source the goods itself?

    Yes. Once an agreement has been reached, we purchase the goods ourselves from the manufacturer or supplier. We then sell and deliver them to you in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.

  • Do you also organise international transport and logistics?

    Depending on the transaction and the agreed delivery terms, we can coordinate transport and logistics. Where necessary, we work with specialist hauliers, freight forwarders and logistics partners.

  • To which countries can you deliver goods?

    We explore international trade opportunities for business customers in a wide range of countries. These opportunities are assessed on the basis of the product, destination, route and applicable regulations.

  • What delivery terms can be agreed?

    The terms of delivery are tailored to each transaction, taking into account the product, its origin, destination and mode of transport. We set out these arrangements clearly in our commercial proposal.

  • Do you have your own warehouse or storage facility?

    No, we are an international trading company, not a warehousing company. Where necessary, we engage professional external partners for transport, transhipment or specialist logistics services.
